IV. Delivery policies

  • Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, not holidays. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.
  • The delivery service will be provided only in the Republic of Costa Rica, through the parcel service available on the page.

  • Delivery policies are established in accordance with the available transportation company.

  • The Customer must pay the shipping cost at the time of purchase. The shipping cost will vary depending on the weight, volume of the product and the requested destination.
  • If the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient, the courier company will try to contact the recipient by telephone. V. Warranty policies

  • The warranty period will be five (5) calendar days, starting from the date of delivery of the product, except for other products that have a warranty longer than five (5) calendar days and as indicated on the website. The warranty is only for factory defects.

VI. Exchange and return policy

What should I do to return online purchases?

What should I do to return online purchases?

MIHM SA will have 8 business days to request the corresponding refund of the values from the bank identity. The delivery time and appearance time on THE CUSTOMER’s account statement will vary depending on the bank issuing the card.
